Luxury Condominiums and Townhomes in Charleston, SC

Ripley Light Marina Condominium Townhomes sit on prime real estate on the Ashley River offering marina access and great views. This is the next best thing to being on the peninsula because it is just a three minute drive from historic Charleston to reach these homes. In fact, this might actually be better because of the quick access to MUSC.

Although these condos are not directly on the water, they are simply a few steps from the waterfront with deepwater access through a deeded boat slip. If you have ever been boating by California Dreaming, that is where the slips begin. This area between the river and the marina has been dredged to accommodate the new owners.

The townhomes offer open kitchens with granite , designer lighting, and custom cabinets. Hardwood floors throughout this 3 story building of all 3 bedroom/3 bath condos. One takes the spiral metal-railed steps to the 3rd floor loft for the real view. The single-doored garages can accommodate 2 cars plus space.
The designer has done a good job in bringing the "boat" feel into these townhomes.

Located just off from Sullivan's Island is the deepwater community of Marsh Harbor and the Toler's Cove Marina. The community has recently upgraded its pool and community club house. There are some spectacular views from these homes.

There are a few single family homes which have a small monthly regime fee for sharing water, sewer fee and landscape maintenance. The Condos contribute to a different fund which includes flood insurance/wind & hail.

Marked by buildings rising three stories, Dominion Village is a new community of 37 townhomes on the Goose Creek tributary in Hanahan. A community dock with a 400-square-foot pier head for picnics and fishing connects Dominion Village to the neighboring Goose Creek waterway. Boaters can access the Cooper River and Atlantic Ocean via the creek. There are a few twists through an attractive, older Hanahan neighborhood, but there are no obvious signs of marsh or creeks. Then, after one 90-degree turn to the Dominion Village entrance, the expanse opens up: There are large ponds, then the dwellings with wide views of lowlands and the Goose Creek tributary. A long dock connects townhomes to the creek a few hundred yards away. And by boat, you can access the Cooper River or Atlantic Ocean. There will be seven structures in all. An alternate route is to take I-26 to Interstate 526 toward Mount Pleasant, exiting on North Rhett Avenue. Turn left onto North Rhett and head past Remount to the next traffic light, which is Yeamans Hall. Turn left on Yeamans Hall, then right on Maple and right on Steward.

Breathtaking! Nestled among hundreds of majestic oaks, new construction homes to be built for sale in Belle Terre will overlook Parrot Creek with spectacular panoramic views.  This seems like a secret due to the ongoing now-resolved litigation (see below) this has not been advertised enough. Buy your lot now before it becomes too well known and your selection is limited. Lots with the best views will probably have to construct longer docks, so there is a bit of a trade-off.
