THE RENAISSANCE ON CHARLESTON HARBOR

Sunsets in Charleston are stunning, but from the Renaissance condominium, you really have a bird's-eye view as this prime real estate overlooks historic Charleston, the Charleston Harbor, and the new Cooper River Bridge.

The Renaissance on Charleston Harbor is a seven-story structure with 100 residences (50 in each building). It features two- and three-bedroom residences ranging in size from 2,025 to over 4,100 heated square feet.

This is a two-building condominium community located on a fifty-acre Master Planned Development. Each eight-story, classic Southern-styled building contains 50 residences for a total of 100 homes. The marble grand entry foyer, concierge desk, library, salon, massage therapy, Grand Renaissance Club Room, caterer's kitchen, cardiovascular theatre, guest suites, manicured terraced garden, harbor-side Italian Renaissance designed pool and the River Walk promenade define this residence.
There are twelve high speed elevators, eight of which are semi-private and four are service elevators. There are 10 different floor plans of two and three bedroom configurations ranging in size from 2044 to over 4100 heated square feet. Many of the individual homes sport marble floors, double vanities, granite countertops, gas-log fireplaces, Sub-Zero, Thermador, and Bosch appliances.

The Renaissance on Charleston Harbor is centrally located and directly on the Charleston harbor's waterfront in Mount Pleasant, within a short bike ride to shopping, theaters, and restaurants. The Historic District of Charleston is a ferry ride away from Patriot's Point or a quick 7-minute drive away. The four-acre site is a high tract of land adjacent to the new Ness Motley Law Building. Patriot's Point Links Golf Course is  located just a short walk down the street.

Each structure features a grand foyer entry with concierge desk, mail room and package delivery/storage on the ground level.

A private club is located at Terrace Level. It includes a health club with a cardiovascular theater, fitness parlor and caterer's kitchen.

The plans also feature a waterfront promenade, terraced gardens, a harborfront piazza and lagoons.

The Renaissance has been designed for year-round occupants or as a second-home for owners with deed restrictions prohibiting short-term rentals. Each private residence is spacious and open in design with floor to ceiling panoramic views of the Charleston peninsula and Charleston Harbor.
