CODNER'S FERRY PARK
Located on the southern end of the island, Smythe Park is the newest neighborhood on the island. It features a 22-acre park with an 11-acre lake. Kids walk to the new K-8 school located in this neighborhood of marsh-oriented and private wooded home sites. Residents here are members of the Daniel Island Community Association providing access to Pearce Park Pool and Pavillion, Scott Park Pool, and miles of trails and bike paths.
