KIAWAH ISLAND

Ten miles of white sand beaches, five championship golf courses, luxury resort dining and spa facilities, and a wealth of magnificent home sites set in luxurious surroundings,  Kiawah Island is South Carolina’s most exclusive coastal address.

Voted the “Most Romantic Spot and Best Spot to Walk the Beach” by the editorial staff of Southern Living Magazine and voted in the top ten beaches in the US, Kiawah offers fabulous homes among the oceanfront, fairways, lagoons, forests, marshes, and river settings. Providing environmental and wildlife protection efforts,  luscious landscaping throughout the island is the norm. Loggerhead sea turtles still lay eggs in the beach sands and the marshy estuaries provide hours of entertainment spotting the wildlife.

Kiawah Island’s newest luxury resort and spa, The Sanctuary, features elegant dining in the grandest style of Southern charm and hospitality.

Kiawah is home to five fabulous golf courses including The Ocean Course, Cougar Point, Turtle Point, Osprey Point, and Oak Point.

Only forty minutes from downtown Charleston and twenty minutes from nearby Johns Island Executive Airport, Kiawah offers an atmosphere of sea island seclusion with the amenities of a world-class resort community.

The impeccable standards set for construction, zoning, and land management have created a slice of paradise to enjoy living on as well as visiting. Homeowners who have found their place here, live in luxury all over the island. Click here to download information about the beaches...10-miles of pristine beaches. Kiawah Beachwalker Park

Home to a few isolated indigo plantations in colonial times, Kiawah Island living is envied by all. The exclusive, private community even features a gated-community behind the gated-community. The internationally-acclaimed golfing as well as five-star resort dining and accommodations make this well-planned island development a sought after location to live, if only part-time.

The wealth of ancient oaks, meadows and creeks to spot deer, raccoons and birds of prey are still in abundance. The miles of pristine beachfront are lined with great dunes, billowing sea oats and beckoning giant sea turtles to lay eggs each summer.

SEABROOK ISLAND

Seabrook Island, like Kiawah, is another environmentally-conscious barrier island. Homeowners enjoy championship golf, tennis and equestrian events, as well as fine dining and a deep-water marina. Seabrook Island’s Ocean Winds and Crooked Oaks golf links are both recognized as four-star courses by Golf Digest, yet the island enjoys the distinction of having its courses listed on the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program as providing haven and natural habitat for wildlife species.

The Seabrook Island Racquet Club is rated by Tennis Magazine as among the top fifty resorts in the U.S, and the island’s equestrian center has hosted a number of national competitions in show jumping and dressage. A wide range of first-class amenities on Seabrook include dining, shopping, working out at fitness centers, and horseback riding.

Seabrook offers homes, lots, cottages and condos in beachfront, lagoon, fairway, river, and maritime forest settings. Private neighborhoods includes locations at Jenkins Point and St. Christopher’s Point, where the custom construction is enhanced because owners are offered the option of contributing to home design.

Mindfully blending residential development with the diversity of natural sea island settings, Seabrook Island maintains it natural beauty.
