RIPLEY LIGHT MARINA

CONDOMINIUM TOWNHOMES & HOMES

Ripley Light Marina Condominium Townhomes sit on prime real estate on the Ashley River offering marina access and great views. This is the next best thing to being on the peninsula because it is just a three minute drive from historic Charleston to reach these homes. In fact, this might actually be better because of the quick access to MUSC.

Although these condos are not directly on the water, they are simply a few steps from the waterfront with deepwater access through a deeded boat slip. If you have ever been boating by California Dreaming, that is where the slips begin. This area between the river and the marina has been dredged to accommodate the new owners.

The townhomes offer open kitchens with granite , designer lighting, and custom cabinets. Hardwood floors throughout this 3 story building of all 3 bedroom/3 bath condos. One takes the spiral metal-railed steps to the 3rd floor loft for the real view. The single-doored garages can accommodate 2 cars plus space.
The designer has done a good job in bringing the "boat" feel into these townhomes.

BELLE TERRE
Breathtaking! Nestled among hundreds of majestic oaks, new construction homes to be built for sale in Belle Terre will overlook Parrot Creek with spectacular panoramic views.  This seems like a secret due to the ongoing now-resolved litigation (see below) this has not been advertised enough. Buy your lot now before it becomes too well known and your selection is limited. Lots with the best views will probably have to construct longer docks, so there is a bit of a trade-off.
