My favorite place in Charleston, River Reach displays custom homes of quality, originality, and attraction - CHARM. This hidden nook, right over the Ravenel Bridge in Mt. Pleasant, delights all who find it. The homes on the waterfront are particularly fine.
River Reach at Remley's Point is a small community of 29 properties and has recently been developed on land that originally was owned by the College of Charleston. Across the street from this small development, the Remley's Point public boat ramp can be found a few blocks away. This very high-end neighborhood provides unbelievable views of the Cooper River and inland marshes. There is access to the Wando River and Charleston Harbor from this location.
